We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our organization as its Chief Executive Officer. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving our strategic objectives, steering us through evolving challenges, and harnessing new opportunities. Reporting directly to the Governing Council, the CEO will be responsible for upholding Good Governance Practices, Policies & Procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
THE INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS OF SRI LANKA
- As the Chief Executive Officer and a vital member of our senior management team, you will be tasked with executing the organization's overarching strategy while overseeing and managing all operational and diverse functions.
- Provide leadership to a dynamic team of over 180 staff members, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Foster strong relationships with local and international stakeholders, ensuring the organization's brand reputation and standing remain impeccable.
- Conduct periodic reviews and assessments to keep the Governing Council informed and satisfied with the organization's current status.
Candidate Profile:
- Membership of a Professional Organization, backed by a minimum of 10 years' experience at a Senior Management Level, with a proven operational acumen.
- Holding an MBA from a recognized university will be an added advantage.
- Exemplify a positive and ethical character, embodying the highest standards of integrity.
- Possess exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with a diverse set of stakeholders.
