The Wind Castle Hotel a subsidiary of IWS Holdings (Private) Limited is a 10 room luxury boutique hotel situated in Shanthipura, Nuwara-Eliya.
We are looking for service-oriented individuals with a passion for excellence and the drive to deliver the highest standard of customer satisfaction to our guests to join our team of hospitality professionals to fulfill the following vacancy:
Commis
- Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a star class hotel in a similar capacity.
- Specialized in Sri Lankan and Western cuisine.
- Must hold a professional culinary qualification.
- Age below 35 Years.
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Familiar with stock keeping.
- Knowledge in basic food hygiene.
- Ability to be flexible and easily adaptable in the workplace.
Candidates living in Nuwara Eliya are preferred for the above position.
