Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Set sales targets and objectives for each outlet.
- Analyze sales reports and financial statements to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and supervise outlet staff.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Outlets Manager or similar managerial role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
