CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE

As part of our expansion, we are in the look out for a dynamic and professional individual with following qualifications and experience to join our growing team as the CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT/EXECUTIVE.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update the Customer from the point of pick up until the delivery of shipment depending on the service agreement.
- Following up with existing customers on new shipments and respond to their queries. Assist Sales team on report maintaining and analyzing data.
- Interact with agents, shipping lines / airlines and sales team to carry out smooth scale function.
- Maintain good customer relationship management with the existing portfolio of customers and penetrate into more business opportunities.
- Strictly adhere to the KPI's set up for key account as well as regular business and company 100% on the SOP's set up with zero errors.
Experience Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge in freight forwarding (Air Freight/ Sea Freight / Cargo) handling minimum of 1-2 years.
- Working knowledge of MS Office & ERP system.
- Excellent communication skill & PR
- Team work & Interpersonal skills.
