Assistant Manager - Automobile Workshop (Male)
Advance Car Audio / Automobile (Pvt) Ltd is the Leading Automobile Solution provider in Dehiwala, over 30 years of Experience & Trust; Looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals who are preferred to work as an Assistant Manager in our Company, as well as with passion for Automobile industry welcome to join with our Company's operation.
- Company-Working hours: Monday to Saturday, from 9.00a.m. to 7.00p.m.
- Candidates who are residing within 15k.m radius are preferred,
- Salary - Depends on the Qualifications & Experience 75,000/- to 90,000/- + Increment Depends on Performance.
Skills and Personal Profile
- Successful completion of Standard educational background,
- Passion for Automobile Industry with Successfully completed Automobile Mechanic/Auto Electrical Field, equal to NVQ level 5 or above will be a plus point.
- Possess a minimum of 3-5 years' working experience in a similar capacity to our related company.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Sinhala preferred.
- Computer literacy with Fair knowledge in Computer Graphics would be an advantage,
- Aptitude to face challenges, ability to take responsibility and perform duties with minimum supervision, are definite prerequisites of the job.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or a related role (will be an added advantage).
- Prefer Leadership experience in managing teams.
- Must be able to work under pressure & time constraints, possess a strong detail - orientation and solid organization skills.
- Salary - Depends on the Qualifications & Experience 75,000/- to 90,000/- + Increment Depends on Performance.
- Age below 55 years,
