Purewin Group commenced operations in finance services with Purewin Credit & Investments Limited in November 2015 under the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007. Group consists of 03 companies - Purewin Credit and Investments Limited, Purewin Auto Wheels (Pvt) Ltd and Purewin Capital (Pvt) Ltd. The principal lines of businesses include Auto Loans, Business Loans, MSME Loans and Mortgage.
Possible Branch Manager (Mahiyanganaya & Monaragala)
- Key Responsibility
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Branch Team and achieving the set targets in terms of product sales profits and client acquisition.
- The prospective candidate should have a thorough knowledge of both branch operations and administration works with adequate exposure to branch performance.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, company policies and procedures.
- Should have to take responsibility to submit necessary Management Information reports as required.
- Ensure security of all assets including cash of the branch.
Profile
- Posses minimum of six (06) years' work experience in finance/banking industry out of which two (02) years' experience as an Assistant Manager/Manager.
- A Degree from a recognized university or equivalent qualification form a recognized institution or Diploma in Credit Management from SLICM will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with an outgoing personality, with a team attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
- Should be a team player, with a performance driven and service oriented mindset who can take up challenges and deliver results.
- Age below 35 years.
