Production Executive (Monaragala)
A Production Executive plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the entire production process to ensure timely and quality delivery of garments. They oversee production planning, workflow scheduling, and resource allocation, working closely with suppliers to procure materials and maintain inventory levels.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production management within the apparel or textile industry.
- Experience in an export-oriented environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and control procedures.
Technical Executive (Monaragala)
A Technical Executive in the company is essential for maintaining and optimizing the machinery and equipment used in garment manufacturing. They are responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting production machines to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical role within the apparel or textile industry.
- Strong knowledge of textile properties, fabric testing, and quality control procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical issues in production.
