Customer Service Officer

A Leading company looking for responsible, committed, and energetic individual who is looking his/her career as a Customer Service Officer.

Academic Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Highly motivated bachelor's degree in science or related field.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of client's reports and documents.
  • Good command of written and spoken in English language.
  • Must possess good telephone etiquette, energetic and friendly.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environment.
  • Should be a self-organized, enthusiastic person with the ability to work with minimum guidance.
  • Should be disciplined and a team player.
  • Should strictly follow HSE guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Should have high integrity.
  • Should be able to work extended hours if required.

Living in and around Colombo will be an advantage.
