Customer Service Officer
A Leading company looking for responsible, committed, and energetic individual who is looking his/her career as a Customer Service Officer.
Academic Qualifications/Requirements:
- Highly motivated bachelor's degree in science or related field.
- Maintaining confidentiality of client's reports and documents.
- Good command of written and spoken in English language.
- Must possess good telephone etiquette, energetic and friendly.
- Ability to work in dynamic environment.
- Should be a self-organized, enthusiastic person with the ability to work with minimum guidance.
- Should be disciplined and a team player.
- Should strictly follow HSE guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Should have high integrity.
- Should be able to work extended hours if required.
Living in and around Colombo will be an advantage.
