Colombo Lotus Tower Management Company, a state-owned enterprise, is entrusted with the management and optimization of the iconic Colombo Lotus Tower. Committed to maximizing the tower's potential, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team.

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

The Job Profile

  • Basic understanding and a passion to learn retail sales and customer service.
  • Focus on providing first-rate customer service and achieving targets.
  • Handling points of sales and inventory management.
  • Good understanding of the souvenir shop's products and service.

Candidate's Profile

  • Diploma or NVQ Level 04 or similar qualification from a university recognized by the university grant commission.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant field.
  • Academic qualifications in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to work extended working hours and during the weekend.
  • Age below 35 years.
