Job Description:
- ✓ WELL PAID IN USD HOME BASED USA HEAD-QUARTERED INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL GROUP.
- FLIGHT QUOTES in the UK, trading as Call Centres International is looking to recruit candidates experienced in airline ticketing, to sell and process First & Business Class flight tickets for the USA & UK outbound markets. This role requires excellent communication skills in ENGLISH as you will be making flight and travel reservations for demanding VIP First and Business Class flying passengers.
- All positions are on a HOME WORKING basis with the UK / USA company. The service contract will be with a UK company based in England.
- The New York shifts correspond to 7pm-3am. All staff work 1 Saturday per month on a rota basis and receive a weekday off in lieu. REQUIRED VIP CUSTOMER HANDLING TRAVEL EXPERIENCE AND FLUENCY IN ENGLISH.
- ⚫ Fluency in written and spoken English and verbal communication skills on the phone is a must.
- Prior customer service experience in VIP travel be this flights or ground based is essential. Ability to work in night shifts - night shifts included. Sales oriented and ability to work under pressure. Practical experience using GDS - AMADEUS / SABRE / TRAVELPORT systems is preferred but not essential as training will be given in Sri Lanka to candidates with extensive VIP travel handling experience.
- SELF EMPLOYMENT SERVICE CONTRACT PACKAGE PAID IN USD OR GBP
- Monthly fee paid in foreign currency (i.e. USD) well above local levels. Generous Bonuses or Commissions based on sales profit levels are open to high-end achievers. UK or USA Holidays only; 7 days Public Holidays plus 21 working days leave.
OTHER INFORMATION
- NOTE: As this is full-time occupation please do NOT apply if you are looking for part time work or want to combine this work with another daytime job.
- The company will provide necessary equipment to setup a workstation at your home including laptop and internet connections. You will be given initial and intensive training in Sri Lanka.
- As previous experience in flight reservations or VIP travel management is required, applications from candidates without any relevant working experience will not be considered.
