Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Merchandising division & obtain customer order confirmations, product specifications and factory capacity reservations in a timely manner
- Analyze & review customer confirmations, verify raw material in-house dates, review technical styles and other relevant specifications
- Prepare capacity & other production functional plans, whilst utilizing the available resources in a cost-effective manner, in order to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted production flow process
- Review & analyze the actual production against the planned targets & inform the relevant departments on any significant deviations, to ensure that corrective actions are taken immediately and the delivery targets are met in a timely manner
Person Specifications
- A Bachelor's Degree/Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Mathematics/Physical Science/Engineering/Clothing Technology from a recognized university/professional institution
- 02-03 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Fast react and front-end marketing experience will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in Production Planning processes, Strategic Management (SM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and be proficient in MS Excel
- Be a team player who can work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
