Executive Planning (Katunayake)
We are the second largest hosiery manufacturing organization in the South Asian region, operating in the Katunayake Export Processing Zone over 30 years and engaged in high quality production of legwear for leading buyers in the European and USA markets. Due to rapid expansion in new customer base, we are looking for dynamic and energetic individual to join the Planning team as Executive.
This role requires developing selected customer portfolios, carrying out all activities related from order generation to order fulfillment and resource management including raw material and capacity to ensure business growth whilst meeting customer expectations.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification/s in Mathematics / Physics / Textile / Clothing technology from a recognized university or professional institution
- 2 years' experience in a similar capacity
Skills
- Knowledge in Production Planning Processes, Strategic Management, Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems & Ms Excel
- Demonstrates initiative & responsibility to get job done under minimum or no supervision
- Follows through on commitments & meets assigned deadlines
- Evaluate available resources & recommend most efficient uses
- Possess strong analytical, communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask & deliver under tight deadlines with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills in English both written & spoken
