Position: Consumer Growth Specialist
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Work mode: Onsite
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of working experience
- Experience in driving consumer growth in additional territories, particularly in the areas of acquisition and engagement
- Proficiency in dedicated service areas with a core focus on offline marketing (not digital) Familiarity with marketing tactics such as stunts, local marketing activations, BTL (Below the Line), flaring, road shows, aiming to elevate marketing from a Sri Lankan standpoint
- Ability to communicate effectively in Sinhala, Tamil, and English to identify regional language gaps
- Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally (couriers, restaurants) and externally (potential partners, suppliers)
- Proficiency in developing marketing materials with operational and analytical skills, including Excel sheet management
- Willingness to work on-site, with a hybrid WFH arrangement and occasional travel (up to 5%)
- Background in marketing and operations
