Senior Manager - Growth Marketing and Customer Lifecycle

Management Responsibilities

  • Lead the Performance marketing and CLM team.
  • Complete end-to-end leadership of the Customer Lifecycle Management function, from acquisition to retention, driving overall customer growth and profitability.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, churn prevention, lifetime value (LTV) growth, and average revenue per user growth (ARPU).
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Business Operations teams to align on and execute the customer marketing strategy.
  • Develop the product roadmap for CLM and customer loyalty programs in collaboration with product teams.
  • Collaborate with social and digital marketing to drive performance marketing goals.
  • Measure and report the performance of all funnel conversion metrics.
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement in CLM strategies. Co-ownership of the digital and social media channels of PickMe and effectively utilise them for the CLM initiatives.
  • Governance of the CLM & Performance Marketing Budgets across the Business verticals. Network with strategic industry partners to optimise the Digital Marketing spend of the Business.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity or function.
  • Degree in Marketing or Business Management, or equivalent.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional dynamic environment.
  • Excellent understanding of Digital and Performance marketing, Customer Lifecycle Management, and Customer Value Management concepts.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and hands-on experience with data processing and visualisation.
