Senior Executive - Industrial Engineering (Development)
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with pattern tech, garment tech, merchandising, sample room, production, planning and industrial engineering teams.
- Actively contributing at the NPI gates starting from Design Meeting to Bulk Techpack handover.
- Product risk management to assure manufacturability & profitability.
- Working on method improvements to assure SMV & material consumptions are competitive.
- Ensuring machine & attachments availability as per sample plan to assure ontime sample delivery.
- Bringing improvements to sample room operation with correct lean & compliance practices. Working on sample room incentive scheme.
Qualification and Skills
- Prefer in Advanced Level in physical sciences stream.
- Similar qualification includes a degree or diploma in textile engineering or related field.
- 2-3 years work experience in a similar capacity within the industry.
- Exposure to General Sewing Data (GSD) systems and lean methodology will be a definite advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication, analytical and people management skills.
