The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited (ANCL), widely known as Lake House, is the home and heart of print media in Sri Lanka.

We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual who has the following qualifications and requirements to fill the above vacancy in the Digital Department.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- G.C.E. (A/L) Examination in any stream
- Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing/Journalism/Media Productions or any related field will be an added advantage
- 5 years experience as a Producer/Production Director or a similar position
- Proven experience in multimedia production
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Videography/Editing
- Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and news sense
- Should be a team player
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the implementation of Digital Media productions
- Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with our brand and audience goals
- Manage and optimize digital media workflows to enhance productivity and quality
- Stay updated with the latest digital media trends and technologies to keep our content fresh and innovative
