Dream Way Consultancy is a trusted and fast-growing overseas education and visa consultancy Business located in Maharagama, with the head office in New Zealand. Our key business is providing student services for New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, and other countries.

Requirements

  • Communicate with Customers on social media, phones, emails, and in person.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all levels of customers.
  • Provide online and in-person consultations to customers to provide accurate information.
  • Participate in promotional activities of the company such as social media and education fairs.
  • Guide students through the whole enrolment process and register new students through the meeting sessions.
  • Continuous learning about overseas education markets and up to date with the rules and regulations applicable to the countries we promote.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 Years Experience in a similar role or top-level customer service area
  • Advanced English speaking and writing
  • Minimum Diploma or Higher level of studies
  • Willing to learn and develop
