Job Profile / Qualification

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to interact
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with database management will be an added advantage.
  • Detail oriented mindset with focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks and documentation.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support and handling security functions.
  • Maintain all administration related documents and report daily/weekly and support organization HR functions, upon nomination.
  • Diploma / certificate course in business administration or related field will be a definite advantage but not must.
