- Having more than 05 years experience in the field and 03 years experience in same capacity.
- (Having experience in automobile sector would be an added advantage)
- Possessing a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) related to the automobile & manufacturing fields or having a degree in related fields would be a great advantage. Having leadership skills, communication skills, analytical skills, team building skills and other interpersonal skills with good personality.
- Age between 25 - 40 and male
- Thorough knowledge and experience on quality management systems, certifications, ERP systems.
- Fluency in computer literacy and English
