Key qualifications and Skills
- G.C.E. A/L qualifications in Maths, Science, or Commerce stream.
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or NDT, HNDT, or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 03 years of experience in a similar capacity in manufacturing environment.
- Previous working experience in Packaging or Printing industries would be an added advantage.
- Diploma in technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage.
- Advanced skills in MS Office.
- Problem-solving, Organizational and leadership abilities.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Age below 35 years.
At least 02 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment is compulsory.
- Diploma in technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage.
- Advanced skills in MS Office.
- Organizational and leadership abilities.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Problem-solving skills.
