Senior HR & Administration Executive

Location: Wathupitiwela FTZ

This position will serve as a HR Business Partner who will independently work and will be overall in-charge of HR and Administration functions to anticipate HR-related needs in the plant to deliver value-added service to management and employees.

Key Job Functions;

  • Execution of HR policies and procedures and support line managers to align team members with regard to policy implementations.
  • Prepare annual manpower plan and fulfill manpower requirement of company.
  • Work closely with line managers and employees to improve work relationships, Enhance employee engagement, and increase productivity.
  • Identify training needs of individuals and business units and facilitate required training and development programmes.
  • Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis (HIRA) and take necessary actions to eliminate hazards to ensure employee health and safety.
  • Ensure general administration functions such as security, housekeeping, waste, rejects disposal activities functions in the factory are in order.
  • Organize employee welfare and engagement activities periodically.

The Candidate Profile;

  • A degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Management from a recognized university or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum of 02-05 years' prior work experience in FMCG manufacturing industry is a must.
  • Sound working knowledge in Ms Office Packages and ERP systems / HRIS.
