Assistant Factory Manager

Oversee the Manufacturing plant while assuring optimal productivity.
Ensure assets & technical efficiencies to achieve factory targets related to yield and specific energy consumption.
Work efficiently towards profit and volume enhancement.
Ensure proper maintenance of all machinery.
Conduct daily reviews on OEE.
Manage inventory levels and material availability index.
Monitor product variable costs & Reduce wastage cost.
Approve necessary payments for suppliers and admin activities.
Review commercial controls with key personnel.
Conduct monthly stock verifications.
Ensure that all products meet the required quality Standards.
Ensure all operations adhere to health & safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Process Engineering or other related degree.
Having Masters Qualification will be an added advantage.
3-5 years experience in the Manufacturing industry. (FMCG preferable)
Knowledge of statutory and legal compliances, ROP, NMRA & CEA.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge on SAP-ERP will be an added advantage.
