Team Shift Leader

TYPE: Full-time

SALARY: 60-75k/month

LOCATION: Colombo

Job description

  • Create and manage team roster every week.
  • Ensure inventory is managed accurately.
  • Develop and ensure compliance with internal SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with food standards and regulations.
  • Help with the development and launch of new products.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in creating a team roster and managing routine work
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication.
  • Working knowledge of Excel/Sheets.
  • Basic knowledge in food standards and regulations.
  • Able to commute to and from work (Colombo 03).

Salary and Benefits

  • Starting salary package of between LKR 720,000 - 900,000 per annum.
  • Meals provided.
  • Signing bonus in 3 months.
  • Confirmation bonus in 6 months.
