Team Shift Leader
TYPE: Full-time
SALARY: 60-75k/month
LOCATION: Colombo
Job description
- Create and manage team roster every week.
- Ensure inventory is managed accurately.
- Develop and ensure compliance with internal SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with food standards and regulations.
- Help with the development and launch of new products.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in creating a team roster and managing routine work
- Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication.
- Working knowledge of Excel/Sheets.
- Basic knowledge in food standards and regulations.
- Able to commute to and from work (Colombo 03).
Salary and Benefits
- Starting salary package of between LKR 720,000 - 900,000 per annum.
- Meals provided.
- Signing bonus in 3 months.
- Confirmation bonus in 6 months.
