EVENT OPERATIONS
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader, Event Operations to join Cinnamon Life, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Under the general supervision of the Assistant Manager of Events Operations, the Team Leader of Events Operations will ensure the smooth execution of events and support the event operations team in meeting the guests' requirements at Cinnamon Life.
In this role, you will work closely with the event operations team to assist guests, manage event setup and teardown, oversee the event operations team during shifts, and maintain the appearance of the facility and all associated equipment.
Do you have prior experience in event operations within a luxury hotel environment?
