OPERATIONS MANAGER
Hiyata is a leading janitorial service organization with a base of 500 employees currently working with high-end clients all over Sri Lanka.
We are looking for an Operations Manager who can manage the relationships and performance of Janitorial Services through periodic reviews and feedback from all the HR Heads/Supervisors of the client organizations. The person selected must coordinate with clients by keeping track of work performance/quality issues of our service.
Qualifications
- University Degree or professional Qualification in Finance or HR is essential.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Age below 35 Years.
