As a Senior / Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the billing, posting & collections processes, ensuring exceptional service and implementing transformative revenue cycle management services. This is an unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic team.
Key requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in collections within an RCM company.
- Pursuing or completed a degree/professional qualification.
- Capable of working night shifts (7.30 PM to 4.30 AM) aligned with US hours. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, detail-oriented, dependable, and positive-minded.
- Skilled in multitasking without compromising work quality.
