GTB Steel Corporation (Private) Limited is seeking Human Resource Executive (Male Candidate) for the Production Factory at Katugampola Industrial Estate, Makandura, Gonawila. Ideal candidate should live within the close proximity to factory and should process a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Job Description:
- Experience with HRIS or Human Resources Management System, etc.
- Knowledge of HR data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and Communication Skills.

- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
