MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCES
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Performance Management process across the companies and Propose improvements
- Recruitment & retention: managing talent and planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns.
- Ensure compensation & benefit management in line with the procedures of the company. Report management the performance of Staff on Monthly Basis (Office Staffs & Site Staffs)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree or Professional Qualifications in Human Resources Management from a recognized Institute.
- Minimum 03 years' experience in the field of Human Resources with good leadership. Experience in a reputed construction company will be a definite advantage.
- Ability to work independently & long hours.
- Preference will be given to those who are living close to Colombo.
