Human Resources Cum Personal Assistant

We are looking for a versatile and organized individual to join our team as an HR cum Personal Assistant. This role will provide support to the Human Resources department while also assisting Management with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to handle HR responsibilities and executive support tasks.

Key Focus Areas & Accountabilities

  • Responsible for managing employee life cycle.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communications. Support the onboarding process by preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in employee attendance, payroll processing, and benefits administration tasks as needed.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel and accommodations for senior executives.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives and maintain professionalism. Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for meetings and presentations.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Job Specification

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Any other professional qualification related to Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in HR administration or as a personal assistant is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
