SALES LEAD

As the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships to achieve sales targets. Key Focus Areas & Accountabilities

  • Responsible for achieving monthly sales volumes (Target).
  • Achieve company objectives, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
  • Maintain the company's sales standards with regards to products / services, sales operations, which improve and maintain company and brand image and prestige.
  • Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems.
  • Constantly improve and update knowledge, especially on product range, features and the industry.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner and if required getting the assistance from the management.
  • Accountable for sales numbers and presentation on sales meetings.
  • Any other adhoc tasks assigned by the Management.

Job Specification

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or PGD in Sales & Marketing or similar qualification.
  • G.C.E A/L 03 passes.
  • Experience
  • Minimum of 02 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in commercial's Tyre Sales will be an added advantage.

  • Strong communication skills
  • Creating and implementing a sales plan
  • Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
  • Analyzing sales data
  • Presentation skills
