Sales/Customer Service Lead
About Us
Less Taxi Pvt Ltd is a start-up company based in Dematagoda, specializing in providing a variety of services to foreigners, including taxi services, tours, activities, and hotel deals for both locals and foreigners. We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Customer Service Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 4 to 10 members in sales and customer service roles
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training as needed
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in sales and customer service roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of the tourism industry and foreign customer preferences is a plus
