MANAGER
Seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. As a key member of our team, you will identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and lead initiatives to increase revenue.
Key Focus Areas & Accountabilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential new markets and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities effectively.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to anticipate market changes and opportunities.
- Track business development activities, sales progress, and pipeline development.
- Travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on business development progress and achievements. Any other adhoc tasks assigned by the Management.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Any other professional qualification related to Marketing will be an added advantage.
03-04 years' experience in a similar role.
Similar industry experience will be an added advantage.
Proven track record in business development, sales, or related field.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptability and resilience in facing challenges and changing market conditions. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
