REGULATORY EXECUTIVE
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Pharmacy or Technical in Medical Device or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in regulatory affairs within medical device industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines such as NMRA, DOP, and ITI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Working with business central or ERP environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents to authorities.
- Ensure all the regulatory approvals are intact / alive.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the company in regulatory matters.
- Provide regulatory guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction are met through on-time regulatory approvals.
- Proactive approach to addressing & resolving regulatory issues.
- Monitor changes happening in the regulatory field.
