Intern - Digital & Performance Marketing
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns to acquire new users, boost engagement, and increase retention. Analyse campaign performance to optimise spending and maximise results.
- Help develop and implement a winning paid media advertising strategy through in-depth audience and competitor research.
- Craft and execute digital customer communication campaigns across multiple channels, including push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS, and email.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling content for our campaigns.
- Assist in setting up conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking across our app and digital platforms.
- Support SEO/ASO efforts by contributing to keyword research and strategies to enhance brand visibility online.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital campaigns, providing valuable insights to optimise future strategies.
- Conduct ad-hoc performance analyses and deliver reports as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Recent graduate/undergraduate or equivalent professional qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Google & Meta Certifications related to Digital Marketing are a plus.
- Hands-on experience using advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and strategic planning fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or Google Workspace) with advanced skills in Excel/Sheets for data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
