Vogue Tex (Pvt) Ltd. is a leading apparel manufacturer spanning 7 production facilities across the country. We are dedicated to crafting high-quality woven garments, including blouses, shirts, pants, dresses, and skirts, for an elite clientele in Europe, USA and our own representation in Germany.
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive - Process & Performance Evaluation. This role will be crucial in ensuring operational efficiency and excellence across our production processes & individual performances.
Executive - Process & Performance Evaluation
We Are Looking For Someone With:
- Bachelor's degree in Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement and performance evaluation, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in English is essential for clear communication and documentation purposes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment & strong attention to details while ensuring the quality of outcomes.
