Minimum of 5 years of experience in the textile/apparel manufacturing industry.
Sound knowledge of market intelligence development.
Visit customers to negotiate terms and build new developments, ensuring their requirements are met effectively.
Develop new items and manage the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
Proven experience in developing new items as per customer requirements.
Strong customer-centric approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
