Role:

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Your duties will include administrative tasks, support in event execution, documentation, banking activities, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven proficiency in organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), social media tools, and technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication.
  • Capability to work independently and in teams under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend events.
  • A proactive and positive work ethic.
  • Previous experience in community service organizations or Rotary related service organizations will be an added advantage.
