Junior IT Support Executive (Male)
This role is perfect for starters or recent graduates who are eager to dive into the IT Industry. You are required to work closely with our team leaders to swiftly resolve customer queries and boost customer satisfaction.
Senior IT Support Executive (Male)
We're looking for someone with a degree in the IT field and at least 2 years of experience in IT or POS systems. Using our POS software to support customers online and uphold outstanding client relations would be the primary responsibilities. Creativity and unconventional ideas are encouraged, and teamwork is essential.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Word, Excel, and troubleshooting.
- Flexibility with working hours, which includes night shifts.
