Job Title: Assistant Manager - Finance

Location: Head Office

We are seeking a dynamic individual passionate in learning and excelling as a Finance professional in the Insurance industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare Management Information required for decision making.
  • Prepare monthly accounts for both group reporting and statutory reporting and maintain balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare and complete group tax reporting and regulatory returns.
  • Liaise with external and internal auditors to complete audit requirements.
  • Involve in the preparation of final accounts and disclosures. Involve in the company planning and budgeting cycles.
  • Monitoring of monthly financials for accuracy and ensure budgetary controls.

Level: Assistant Manager

Key requirements

  • Reading for a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or in any related field.
  • Past finalist from an accounting professional body such as CIMA, CA, ACCA, CMA, etc.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of audit experience from a recognized audit firm would be an added advantage.
  • Analytical capabilities and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Being a good team player.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting standards.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
