Job Title: Assistant Manager - Finance
Location: Head Office
We are seeking a dynamic individual passionate in learning and excelling as a Finance professional in the Insurance industry.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare Management Information required for decision making.
- Prepare monthly accounts for both group reporting and statutory reporting and maintain balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare and complete group tax reporting and regulatory returns.
- Liaise with external and internal auditors to complete audit requirements.
- Involve in the preparation of final accounts and disclosures. Involve in the company planning and budgeting cycles.
- Monitoring of monthly financials for accuracy and ensure budgetary controls.
Level: Assistant Manager
Key requirements
- Reading for a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or in any related field.
- Past finalist from an accounting professional body such as CIMA, CA, ACCA, CMA, etc.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of audit experience from a recognized audit firm would be an added advantage.
- Analytical capabilities and enthusiasm for learning.
- Being a good team player.
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
