Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and goals.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide expert advice and information about our products.
- Maintain showroom appearance and product displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and events.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in the tile showroom industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
