Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective international student recruitment strategies.
- Manage the recruitment team and provide guidance and support to achieve enrollment targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with international partners, agents, and educational institutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in international student recruitment.
- Plan and participate in international recruitment events, fairs, and school visits.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies related to international student admissions.
- Analyze recruitment data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to enhance the overall student experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in international student recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of international education systems and student mobility trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
