Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the international student placement team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with international universities and educational institutions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to students and their families on study abroad options, application processes, and visa requirements.
  • Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and informational sessions for prospective students.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of student applications to international universities.
  • Monitor and support students throughout their application journey, ensuring timely communication and updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies for student recruitment.
  • Stay updated with international education trends, policies, and changes in visa regulations.
  • Report on placement success rates and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in international education or student placement.
  • Strong understanding of international university application processes and visa regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and student management systems.
