Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the international student placement team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international universities and educational institutions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to students and their families on study abroad options, application processes, and visa requirements.
- Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and informational sessions for prospective students.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of student applications to international universities.
- Monitor and support students throughout their application journey, ensuring timely communication and updates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies for student recruitment.
- Stay updated with international education trends, policies, and changes in visa regulations.
- Report on placement success rates and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in international education or student placement.
- Strong understanding of international university application processes and visa regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and student management systems.
