CALL CENTER EXECUTIVES (FEMALE)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure their inquiries are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate leads.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of the real estate sector.
  • Meet or exceed call center metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completed of GCE O/L and A/L is a minimum Requirement.
  • Candidates should be between 18 - 30 years of age.
  • Proven experience as a call center agent or similar customer service role will be an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • School leavers are also encouraged to apply.
