JOB DUTIES

Manage Outbound calls.
Document Issues and Resolutions.
Maintain client records by updating account information.
Meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals regarding quantitative and qualitative targets.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Ability to work 10:00 am to 7:30 pm.
Age between 18 -40 interested in a career in the BPO/KPO industry.
A Team player with the ability to work independently in a multicultural fast-paced environment.
Minimum 06 months to 1-year experience in handling outbound calls or prior web-based customer service.
