Junior CSD representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries through online CRM software.
- Ensure all inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist in organizing and prioritizing customer requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience with online CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a back-end operation.
