Junior CSD representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries through online CRM software.
  • Ensure all inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system.
  • Assist in organizing and prioritizing customer requests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience with online CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk).
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a back-end operation.
