Finance Executive
Asiacom Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd is a leading provider of Electrical, ELV, and IT installation works. We are seeking a Finance Executive to join our team and oversee the daily financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate should be energetic and able to effectively manage various internal teams, especially in relation to petty cash and daily expenses.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including petty cash and daily expenses.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure compliance with budgets.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications.
