Job Title: E-Commerce Manager
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar capacity
- Extensive knowledge about the fashion industry
Spring & Summer is looking for an experienced individual to join our Maharagama Head Office as an E-Commerce Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to develop and execute an online sales strategy for the company and achieve planned revenue targets
- Ability to manage the online team effectively to maximize output
- Development and management of the company website and social media for online promotions
- Ensure all items listed on the website are up-to-date with correct sizes and prices
- Responsible for managing photo shoots and uploading products on the Facebook page
- Liaise with the delivery company to ensure timely delivery of packages
- Efficient management of physical stock
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, social media, and emails
- Manage all promotions on the website
Requirements:
- Results-oriented with a good eye for details
- SEO skills are an added advantage
- Website enhancement knowledge is an added advantage
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop (Ps) and Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage
- Ability to carry out back-office administration with knowledge in MS Office
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
