To ensure their continued growth and success, our client wishes to recruit a motivated and commercially astute person in the capacity of;
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Managing Director and Board of Directors, the selected candidate will deal with long-term business goals, implements daily operations, aligned with the goals and company's strategies.
- Developing strategies for the growth of the organization and making sure they are implemented.
- Developing and controlling all operational budgets to ensure that the company has all the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters and to maintain the financial strength of the company. Regularly reviewing operations to ensure that these meet required standards and recommend changes where necessary.
- Overseeing Human Resources, Sales, Administrative Departments and Finance Department in the company.
- Produce financial performance reports and introduce initiatives to control costs.
Requirements:
- A member of CA/CIMA/ACCA preferably with an MBA from a recognized University
- 10+ years of experience in a senior role within the Manufacturing sector, with a thorough understanding of business functions such as operations, Administration, marketing and finance.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and adept in achieving robust financial results. Proven leader with experience of building, evolving and motivating a high performing and diverse team.
- Age below 45 years.
This position is located in the North Western Province.
