PERSONAL ASSISTANT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with staff, clients and new businesses
  • Attend to phone queries & channel them appropriately
  • Attend to all meetings including client meetings
  • Manage all administration duties
  • Follow up with action on delegated tasks

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • GCE A/L
  • Minimum of 3 year's experience in similar capacity
  • Proficiency in English
  • Should be able to work on the go Excellent communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Prepare and provide information/reports
  • Dynamic and efficient individual
  • Age between 30-35 years
