PERSONAL ASSISTANT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with staff, clients and new businesses
- Attend to phone queries & channel them appropriately
- Attend to all meetings including client meetings
- Manage all administration duties
- Follow up with action on delegated tasks
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- GCE A/L
- Minimum of 3 year's experience in similar capacity
- Proficiency in English
- Should be able to work on the go Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Prepare and provide information/reports
- Dynamic and efficient individual
- Age between 30-35 years
