Deputy Manager - Human Resources
- JOB PROFILE
- Develop competitive reward programs and strategies for Compensation and benefits to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Develop and implement comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs. Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Drive the continuous improvement of the PMS by gathering feedback from stakeholders and making necessary enhancements. Organize and promote employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the competitiveness and fairness of compensation and benefits programs.
- Administer performance-based incentives, bonuses, and recognition programs in alignment with organizational goals.
- CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration, or related field; having an MBA will be a definite advantage
- Proven experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Learning & Development, Performance Management, Rewards, and Employee Engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully managing projects and driving initiatives. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
